SHC endorses Mustafa Kamal's break bail in illicit allocation case



The Sindh High Court affirmed on Friday the break bail request of previous Karachi civic chairman Mustafa Kamal in connection to the unlawful plot apportioning case.

The SHC heard illicit plot distribution in Clifton case, in which Mustafa Kamal had claimed for an interval bail.

The request expressed that a responsibility court had issued see in connection to apportioning 198 plots to peddlers.

Kamal said that in the wake of issuing of the notice, the NAB can capture him whenever and it ought to be ceased from doing as such.

The previous civic chairman said that he is eager to confront the issue in the court.
